We are a contactless check-in establishment.  A Welcome email will be sent two days prior to your arrival where you will receive your door code provided that policies are reviewed and signed.

CANCELATION | Copper Creek Inn policies: It is our policy to run charges at the time of reservation unless other arrangements have been made. On cancellations made up to 15 days prior to your reservation, we offer full credit toward another visit or a 75% refund. Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to your reservation, we are unable to offer refunds or credits unless we are able to rebook the dates you reserved. If we are able to rebook the dates, we offer full credit toward another date or a 75% refund.

Your credit card statement will show charges from GreatGetaways, however, each rental location is a separate and distinct entity. is only the reservation provider.

ALL GUESTS MUST BE REPORTED, INCLUDING DAY VISITORS: The base nightly/weekly rate is for two people (except at Frenchie’s Suite where the base rate is for 4, and Copper Creek Lodge and Tahoma Canyon Home where the base rate is for 6). Each additional person will be charged $25/day for use of the property, including day visitors. Unreported guests will be charged double if we are not notified in advance.

If unreported guests are present or if policies are not being respected we reserve the right to evict those guests not following the policies without notice or refund.

PETS ARE ALLOWED AT ONLY AT SPECIFIC CABINS: All pets must be reported in advance. A fee of $25-$30 per pet, per day, will be charged. Unreported pets will be charged $50 per day, per pet. Guests agree to be in full control of their dogs at all times. All pets must be pest-free, well-behaved, and housebroken. Your pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Any damage will be charged to your credit card and/or additional cleaning will be charged at the rate of $45 per hour. Pets are NOT allowed in many of our cabins. If you are bringing a pet, please make sure you are in a pet-friendly cabin and/or have prior approval. Washington State Leash Law applies whenever the pet is outside on the property.

REFUNDS: In the event of failures out of our control, including internet, hot tub, appliances, power outages, adverse road conditions, or bad weather no refunds will be issued. We attempt to make sure all appliances and amenities are in working order prior to your arrival. If you find that anything has failed let us know immediately on arrival and we will do everything in our power to correct the issue.

OPTIONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel Insurance is available to cover these unavoidable events. Contact your own insurance company or Generali Travel Insurance

ROAD CONDITIONS: During winter months it is a good idea to have traction tires, chains, or 4-wheel drive vehicles. The State of Washington plows the main road, and we plow our driveways. Chains are often required in the National Park. They can be rented locally. Be sure to reserve ahead of time. Summit Haus.


HOUSEKEEPING will be provided before and after your visit. Excessive clean-up after your stay will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $45.00 per hour. ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER or CONFETTI. $45.00 per hour extra cleaning will be charged for glitter/confetti clean up Leave the cabin in good condition. Wash all of your dishes before leaving. Leave all beds that were used unmade. We expect to change all bedding, sweep floors, and do general sanitizing and cleaning. Excessive cleaning will be charged at the rate of $45 per hour.

QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM in consideration of neighbors and others on the property.

Smoking in our cabins is strictly prohibited. You will be charged 3 hours cleaning if we find cigarette odor and/or butts in the cabin or suite. Any items lost, stolen or damaged will also be charged to your credit card.

Registered guests, and all persons accompanying registered guests, hereby accept responsibility for their personal property and safety and irrevocably release and hold harmless, its affiliates, associates, representatives, and rental property owners from any liability whatsoever arising from loss, damage, or personal injury of any severity due to theft or accident while on the premises or in the vicinity of rented lodging. General Terms: Venue and jurisdiction for any proceeding/dispute shall be in the Superior Court of Pierce County, Washington. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be awarded its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, including post-judgment, appeal, and collection costs.
