Jennie Zeulich, still a frequent customer at Copper Creek Inn, was the pie baker for almost 50 years. Most of her family has worked at the Inn at one time or another. Her son Allen and his wife Peggy managed the restaurant in the 80's. Jennie's husband did repairs and carpentry, including building the lunch counter at Copper Creek Restaurant. Her son Donnie worked on and off for years at Copper Creek Inn in the kitchen and doing general maintenance. |

The second Jennie pie maker at Copper Creek Restaurant worked here for 17 years. She learned from the master. She started working at Copper Creek when she was 14 as a dishwasher.
She has since left Copper Creek to run her own business.
